Hi fwendz!!!! I spent last Thursday in one of Belgium’s most vibrant cities: Gent. I hadn’t been there since I went to a Latin party in the city with my host sister Camille, so I felt like it was time to pay her a visit, and shoot elsewhere for a change. We spent Thursday night at Camille’s place with a couple of her friends, just hanging while we enjoyed our wines and the music. After a very, very good sleep, we headed out into the city on Friday morning. Gent has canals that run through the city, and as Camille showed me around, I spotted the place where we ended up taking these pictures.

For this look, I put together some of my favorite spring accessories: distressed denim, leather, and thin sweaters. I felt comfortable and confident in this look and I really liked how the universe worked in my favor for a change by making sure we were surrounded by lots of baby blue (which happened to be the color of my sweater’s logo). I guess I was lucky.
