Hi fwendz! I wanted to post this while I was still in Ecuador but I ran out of time to edit the pictures, so I edited them today on my flight. Nicole and I took these pictures last Tuesday. I was actually super nervous about shooting out in the open in good ole A-town. As much as I love my hometown, I do not love the fact that it was the place were I fed all of my insecurities and fears for a long time. So I decided to take the bull by the horns -thankfully, with Nicole by my side- and frigging went for it. The pictures turned out great and I’m really happy I did another shoot before I came back to Belgium.
We chose a city park known for its urban vibe and graffiti walls, so I kept my outfit simple and street-oriented. I paired my favorite Filles a Papa sweater from last year’s AW collection, black denim jeans that look a bit too distressed for my taste (will probably replace them soon), my oversized denim jacket, and my most comfortable sneakers. I am super awkward when it comes to posing and I never know what to do with my eyes, so I opted for wearing my sunglasses for these pics. This outfit will probably be my go-to for late summer/early fall. Feel free to trade the jacket for a warmer coat, a puffer, or a parka when it gets colder, and you’re still good to go!
Extra tip: feel free to contact @anaviterii for your own handmade pin/magnet to style up your denim or your backpack, or, your fridge, for that matter. I know I will for sure!
ps: feel free to check out part two of this photoshoot here.
Gracias a @nicosponge por las fotos! ❤ ❤ ❤
