If you’ve paid enough attention to my previous posts, you might have noticed that I was already the proud owner of a light blue Bershka denim jacket I’ve been wearing every chance I’ve had during this past season. (You probably haven’t though and that’s totally fine because who cares right?)
Denim never fails to leave me one happy camper and unlike any other relationship with a significant other, I can assure you that when it comes to the relationship you have with your clothes, the more the merrier; am I right ladies????
I needed my newest acquisition to be special though; this season’s denim jackets have a cool quality to them, they all give off this 90’s vintage vibe I’ve slowly –but surely– incorporated into my wardrobe lately. Which is why after a long, thoughtful reflection on whether I need another jacket or not (lol as if I ever took the time to think before I purchase new clothes) I went to my favorite thrift shop in Leuven to find me some hot denim.
I knew I shouldn’t have,
Thus, behold my newest part-time lover and full-time friend:
I’m the weakest person ever when it comes to resisting the urge to shop. That explains why I do not maintain a monogamous relationship with my closet. What can I say, I’m a well-dressed lone wolf.
On the other hand, I finally found my beloved side-striped pants a life partner. I got them on a shopping spree in Florence while I was there, but I knew I needed something epic to go with them. See, I only shop so my other clothes won’t feel lonely? Isn’t that sweet?
Give your bomb look the ultimate minimalist turn with a plain white tee, and you’re set to slay.
PS: Special shoutout to Katty H. for shooting these pics after our already perfect, sunny lunch. x
